1. About Us

Exyon Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned company that provides refurbished devices, trade-in services, and technology solutions to both consumers and businesses. We operate warehouses in Melbourne and Sydney.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. By using our platform, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Trade-In Terms

Devices sent to Exyon must:
- Be legally owned by you
- Be free of any iCloud, Google, or Samsung locks
- Match the condition you selected when placing the trade-in request

We reserve the right to revise or reject offers based on actual device condition upon inspection. Devices that are significantly misrepresented may be returned at your cost.

5. Payments

Payments for accepted trade-ins are issued via bank transfer within 3-5 business days after inspection. Ensure your payment details are accurate. Exyon is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Product Sales

All refurbished and demo products are fully tested and include a warranty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Devices are shipped factory reset and unlocked to all Australian networks. Please review product descriptions for specific condition grades and warranty terms.

7. Data Privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Devices received are securely wiped using industry-standard tools. Our practices comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Business & B2B Services

Exyon offers custom trade-in and supply programs for business clients. Terms may vary depending on contractual agreements. Please contact us for business-specific arrangements.

9. Returns and Warranty

You may return products under our Returns & Warranty Policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened items. Products include warranty coverage as required under Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our full Returns & Warranty Policy for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Exyon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the device or service in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
